Once your order is processed and shipped, you’ll receive a tracking link via email. You can also log into your account anytime to follow the status of your shipment.

Returns:
At MyStyleToday, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. You may request a return within 14 days of receiving your order by emailing support@mystyle2day.com with your order number and clear photos of the item.
All items must be returned in original condition, with packaging, labels, and accessories intact. Worn, washed, damaged, or incomplete items may be refused. For hygiene reasons, some items cannot be returned once worn or used.
After your request is reviewed, we’ll provide a QR code and instructions to return your item via your local parcel service. Customers remain responsible for sending the item safely in its original packaging.
All returns are inspected before a refund or replacement is issued. Approved refunds are processed within 5 business days, depending on your bank. Transaction fees are non-refundable. Restocking fees may apply if the item does not meet return conditions.

Once we’ve received and inspected your returned item, we’ll review whether it meets our return conditions. If approved, your refund will be processed within 5 business days to your original payment method. Timing may vary depending on your bank.
Refunds may be partial or withheld if the item is worn, damaged, missing labels or accessories, or the packaging is incomplete or heavily damaged. Transaction fees are non-refundable.
In rare cases where a return is lost or delayed during shipping, we may offer a partial refund depending on the available tracking information. Customers remain responsible for safely returning items via the provided QR code and instructions.
Restocking fees may apply if items do not meet return requirements. Only items returned in accordance with our guidelines are eligible for a full refund.
